RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM), Medina, OH, has acquired Nudura Corp., a manufacturer and distributor of insulated concrete forms. Based in Ontario, Canada, Nudura has annual sales of more than $40 million. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Nudura has three manufacturing plants and a network of 260 distributors in key North American markets. It will operate within the RPM Specialty Products Group as a stand-alone operating unit of RPM’s Dryvit business.
