Pentair (NYSE: PNR), Schaffhausen, Switzerland, reported full year sales for 2013 of $7.5 billion, an increase of 69 percent from the previous year. Profit was $536.8 million, compared to a loss of $107.2 million the previous year.
Sales for the fourth quarter were $1.9 billion, a 10 percent increase over the same period a year ago. Profit was $158 million, compared to a loss of $273 million.
