Lowe's Companies Inc. (NYSE: LOW), Mooresville, NC, said that Chief Financial Officer Marshall A. Croom will retire from the company, effective October 5, 2018.
A 21-year company veteran, Croom will continue in his role as CFO until his successor is appointed and then remain with the company during a transition period until his retirement date.
Lowe’s is conducting an external search for its next CFO.
