On March 19, independent regional hardware distributor House-Hasson Hardware signed a letter of intent to acquire Bostwick-Braun Hardware, a Midwestern wholesale hardware distributor. The acquisition will include warehouses and inventory.
“When completed, this acquisition doubles the number of our distribution centers, grows our inventory, and puts us in an even stronger position to provide everything our dealers need,” said House-Hasson President and CEO Steve Henry in a news release.
House-Hasson’s main warehouse is at its corporate headquarters in Knoxville, TN, with a second warehouse is in Prichard, WV. With the addition of Bostwick-Braun’s West Helena, AR, and Ashley, IN, warehouses, House-Hasson will have more than 1.1 million square feet of warehouse, receiving and shipping space.
The pending acquisition’s cost is being privately handled between the two companies.
