Foundation Building Materials (Santa Ana, CA) began 2024 with a pair of acquisitions in different building supply verticals.
Stucco Master Supply
FBM acquired Monroe, OH-based Stucco Master Supply — a distributor of exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) and stone products in the Dayton-Cincinnati tri-state area.
Stucco was founded in 2018 by owner Mike Dibbs, who will stay on with FBM in an EIFS sales leadership role to help transition and continue growing FBS’ EIFS and stone business as the business becomes part of FBS’ Great Lakes sales region.
A Jan. 2 news release notes that Jolene LaClair, who leads Stucco as its manager, will become the new FBM branch manager there. Scott Brown is FBS’ Great Lakes’ Regional Vice President.
