endent lumber and building materials distributor. Founded in 1976, Douglas Lumber is a family owned and operated local company that distributes products in the Northeast U.S.
Douglas Lumber was represented by Jian Group, a sell-side investment bank specializing in the building products industry.
Builders FirstSource’s most recent previous acquisitions were of Sunrise Wood Designs, completed on Sept. 6 and Wyoming Millwork (Milton, DE), completed on Aug. 28
The company was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributor’s List for Building Materials/Construction.
