BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BXC), Atlanta, GA, completed its acquisition of building products distributor Cedar Creek, Atlanta, GA.
BlueLinx agreed to acquire Cedar Creek in March for $413 million. The deal creates one of the largest distributors in the building products industry, with combined revenue of approximately $3.2 billion in 2017.
