Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. (Nasdaq: BECN), Herndon, VA, has opened a new branch in Boston, MA. This is Beacon's sixth new branch since Jan. 1.

Beacon has opened 32 new branches in 19 states and one Canadian province in the last 21 months and now operates 274 branches throughout the United States and Canada. Beacon has added 208 branches through greenfield openings and acquisitions since its IPO in 2004.

Beacon Roofing Supply is a distributor of residential and nonresidential roofing materials and complementary building products.
