Beacon Roofing Supply Acquires RCI Roofing Supply

Acquisition strengthens company's presence in Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado.

Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN), Herndon, VA, has acquired RCI Roofing Supply, Omaha, NE. Terms were not disclosed.

RCI is a distributor of residential and commercial roofing and related products with five branches across Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado.

"Combining RCI with our existing Roof Depot and new RSG branches gives us unmatched market penetration in Omaha and an even better ability to service our Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado customers," said Paul Isabella, Beacon's president and CEO.
