- The new California branch in Monterey County will be focused on serving residential contractors, and the team will operate as part of San Jose Beacon OTC (On-Time and Complete) network to help customers build their businesses with on-time delivery of the distributor’s full catalog of products, said Nevin Holly, Beacon’s Regional Vice President, Pacific, in a news release.
- The new branch in Colorado, between Denver and Fort Collins, will serve contractors with Beacon’s full product range as well as digital tools, like Beacon PRO+.
- The new Texas branch is dedicated to serving lumberyard customers in the greater San Antonio area.
Beacon has opened 19 greenfields and completed eight acquisitions to date in 2023. Most recently, Beacon acquired S&H Building Materials Corp. and waterproofing distributor Garvin Construction Products.
On MDM’s 2023 Top Distributors Lists, the company ranks No. 6 for building materials/construction, with $8.4 billion in 2022 revenue.
The distributor will report its 3Q financials on Nov. 2.
