Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired the assets of Western Roofing Supply Company Inc., Minneapolis, MN.
The roofing supply distributor becomes the fifth ABC Supply branch in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Located midway between the downtown areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the new branch complements ABC Supply’s existing facility in St. Paul.
The store’s offering will soon be expanded to include windows, siding and gutter, said Jim Welch, vice president of ABC Supply’s Midwest Region.
