Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired the assets of Landis Supply, a distributor of exterior building materials, primarily roofing products, for professional contractors.
Landis Supply has one branch in Vineland, N.J., and will maintain its current location and team of associates, the company said.
