Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, WI, has acquired Capstone Supply LLC, a Columbus, OH-based distributor of exterior building materials, primarily roofing and siding. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Capstone Supply has two locations – Columbus, which will be consolidated with ABC Supply’s branch there; and Cincinnati, which will become an offsite warehouse for ABC Supply’s Cincinnati branch.
