Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. (NYSE: WAIR), Valencia, CA, has named David J. Castagnola as president and CEO, effective May 4, succeeding Hal Weinstein, who has served as interim CEO since December and who will retire after a transition period.
Castagnola is currently president of landing systems at UTC Aerospace Systems where he led the successful integration of the landing gear and wheels and brakes businesses to form the landing systems business.
