Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. (NYSE: WAIR), Valencia, CA, reported sales for the fiscal first quarter, ended Dec. 31, 2014, of $373.7 million, a 66 percent increase from the previous year. Profit decreased 19 percent to $19.7 million.
The company posted strong revenues at home and abroad. North American sales for the quarter were up 67 percent year-over-year, with revenues in the rest of the world up 62 percent.
