Aerospace distributor Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. (NYSE: WAIR), Valencia, CA, reported sales for the third quarter ended June 30 of $375.2 million, a year-over-year increase of 1.8 percent. Profit increased 45.7 percent to $24 million.
Sales for the first nine months were $1.1 billion, a decrease of 1.4 percent compared to the prior year period. Profit increased 15 percent to $68.1 million.
