Wesco Aircraft CFO to Retire

Executive search firm now looking for successor.

Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. (NYSE:WAIR), Valencia, CA, announced that Richard Weller, executive vice president and CFO, intends to retire.

Weller is expected to continue to serve as CFO until a successor is found. Wesco Aircraft has retained an executive search firm to assist with the appointment of a new chief financial officer.
