Brillon, WI-based fasteners distributor Endries International acquired ServTronics, Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Winter Park, Florida-based fasteners and electro-mechanical distributor ServTronics — founded by Dale Spears in 1984 — serves customers in the aerospace, medical, military and commercial industries.
“This acquisition strengthens Endries’ business in the important high-reliability end market segments of aerospace, defense and medical equipment,” Endries President and CEO Michael Knight said in a Sept. 3 news release. “Further, the product synergies between the companies, and the scale of Endries’ operations, will add meaningful value to ServTronics’ marquee OEM customer base.”
In March of this year, Endries announced the acquisition of Mississippi-based Ace Bolt & Screw Co.
“Our commitment to serving our customers in the aerospace, military and medical fields is only going to strengthen with the partnership of Endries International,” Spears said. “Endries’ broad product range and commitment to customer service is going to lead to great things.”
Endries was No. 40 on MDM’s Top Distributor’s List for Industrial Supplies and No. 9 for Fasteners.
