Aerospace manufacturing giant Boeing continues to expand its exclusive distributor partnership with Ontic — an aerospace OEM that provides complex engineered parts and repair services for defense and commercial aircraft.

The duo announced a new 10-year distribution agreement that will see Boeing add Ontic’s thrust reverser actuation system (TRAS) and propeller electronic control unit (PECU) product lines — together encompassing about 1,000 actuation and propulsion system products across multiple aircraft platforms.

Boeing Distribution, the company’s distribution business unit was No. 6 on MDM’s 2023 Top Fasteners Distributors List.

“We are thrilled to announce this significant milestone in our partnership with Ontic.” Boeing Distribution Vice President and General Manager Travis Sullivan said in an April 10 news release. “This collaboration not only expands our product offerings, but also reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class support to our engine operators.”

Boeing Distribution’s product portfolio includes more than 15 million parts, chemicals, services and tailored solutions. The company serves defense, commercial, rotorcraft and business and general aviation customers.
