Distributor mobile engagement solutions provider Mobilico and multi-party returns management provider Continuum have partnered on a service aimed to “transform” how distributors manage warranties, repairs and returns.
A June co-announcement said the collaboration leverages Moblico’s advanced mobile messaging and custom-branded mobile apps against Continuum’s returns automation platform to reduce costs and enhance the overall customer experience.
“For manufacturers, distributors and end-users alike, the returns process has often been cumbersome and time-consuming, leading to frustration, inefficiency and increased costs, particularly on job sites where quick returns are crucial for maintaining project timelines and productivity,” according to a news release. “Recognizing these pain points, Moblico and Continuum have joined forces to revolutionize how returns are handled, making the process easier and more efficient for everyone involved.”

In April, Continuum announced that it had closed on an oversubscribed $1.7 million pre-seed funding round, which the company said will further its commitment to enhancing digital transformation beyond traditional eCommerce.
