Marketplace strategy and implementation agency McFadyen Digital formed a partnership with Nautical Commerce to enable customers with complex B2B and B2C use cases to launch a customizable marketplace.
Nautical is a multi-vendor commerce platform that provides commerce, fintech, and logistics capabilities in one solution, while McFadyen guides customers to maximize their return on investment and build a scalable, profitable eCommerce experience. Together, the formal partnership represents a step forward in multi-vendor commerce by providing businesses with more accessible solutions to launch and scale their operations with less risk, McFadyen officials said in a June 20 news release.
“At Nautical, business enablement is our top priority, and that goes beyond the technology itself,” said Ryan Lee, CEO and founder of Nautical Commerce. “Proper guidance and strategy is a significant piece of the puzzle to ensure success in digitizing multi-vendor commerce.”
McFadyen’s expertise in business planning and management will compliment Nautical’s technology, officials said.
“Nautical Commerce is an intriguing option in the marketplace platform space for those who prioritize flexibility and composability.” McFadyen Digital CEO Tom McFadyen said. “Their cloud-agnostic microservices-based approach means those seeking a modern customization architecture have almost limitless options for their multi-vendor commerce needs.”
