Thief River Falls, MN-based electronic components and automation products distributor DigiKey expanded its portfolio in 2023 by adding more than 450 new suppliers and more than 1.7 million new accessible parts, including more than 230,000 parts with inventory available to sell, across its core business.
In a Jan. 30 news release, Vice President of Global Business Development Mike Slater said 2023 was a year of “record-breaking innovation” as the company looked to offer the newest technologies and expand its selection. Looking forward to 2024, Slater says inventory in the industry will stabilize and return to a state of normalcy, so the company looks to offer a large supplier portfolio and wide product offering.
The company says it continues to expand the diversity of its products and suppliers in new product categories with its DigiKey Marketplace.
DigiKey ranked No. 4 on the MDM’s Top Electronics Distributors List of 2023.
