Customer Relationship Management provider White Cup acquired Sales Management Plus (SMP), a provider of CRM and business intelligence solutions tailored for the distribution sector.
SMP solutions, known for reporting, analytics, self-serve data visualizations, dashboards and integrated marketing capabilities, will now be supported by and operate under the White Cup umbrella.
The SMP team will join White Cup to ensure a “seamless transition and uninterrupted service” for its distribution customers.
Garden City, ID-based White Cup has over 850 customers worldwide, according to a news release for the acquisition.
