On Nov. 14, yard truck parts distributor Eagle Mark 4 announced the opening of a new facility to enhance the company’s ability to serve customers on the West Coast.
The new facility, regionally located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will feature dedicated customer support teams and a streamlined logistics system to provide faster delivery times and improve product availability and service quality, company officials said in a news release.
“Expanding to the West Coast is a significant milestone for Eagle Mark 4,” Eagle Mark 4 President Mike Tozzi said. “We recognize the growing demand for our products and services in this region, and this new facility will allow us to better support our existing customers while reaching new ones.”
With Albuquerque being its first location in the West and the third location for the business, following its headquarters in Mansfield, Ohio, and its second location in Fayetteville, North Carolina, this is a key milestone for Eagle Mark 4, officials said,
Eagle Mark 4 is a Kalmar Ottawa Premier Partner serving the yard truck industry since 1977 with sales, service, rentals and parts. It has an parts inventory of more than 5 million, and as has a national presence supporting heavy equipment customers, from small storage yards to large port operations.
