Georgia-based specialty construction supply distributor White Cap will lease a 20,000-square-foot facility as a business park in Clearwater, Florida, according to commercial property management and real estate firm Franklin Street.
The agreement also allows White Cap to use 1.5 acres of industrial outdoor storage space.
“Construction suppliers need the space to store a wide variety of materials and equipment and the connectivity to deliver them to job sites throughout the area,” said Daniel Laub, COO of Zenith IOS, according to a news release cited in the Tampa Bay Business Journal. “Our tenants, like White Cap, choose to work with us because we understand their needs and know how to collaborate with local partners like Franklin Street to meet them.”
The 83-acre industrial park along 126th Avenue in Clearwater totals 219,000 square feet.
On MDM’s 2023 Top Distributors Lists, White Cap ranks No. 10 for industrial and No. 8 for building materials/construction.
