Crawford Electric, a subsidiary of global electrical products distributor Sonepar, has opened its seventh location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.
The new Denton branch allows the supplier to better serve customers on the north side of the DFW Metroplex, Regional Vice President Brian Young said in a June 19 news release.
“We are focused on making things convenient for our customers, from the physical location to the optional self-pick service model,” Young said. “We have the team and the supply to help local contractors save time and keep running smoothly.
To connect with the region, Crawford invited customers to celebrate the new location at a grand opening event.
In the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, Crawford operates in Dallas, Irving, Fort Worth, Duncanville, Mesquite, Denton, and Decatur, with McKinney soon to follow.
On June 20, Sonepar announced plans to merge operations of its Crawford Electric and Irby Electric subsidiaries in 2024. The two companies are expected to operate on a combined basis under the Crawford name.
