Snap-on Inc. (NYSE: SNA), Kenosha, Wisconsin, reported sales for 2019 of $3.7 billion, a 0.3% decrease from the previous year. Profit increased 2.2% to $711.2 million.
Sales for the fourth quarter were $955.2 million, a 0.3% increase year-over-year. Profit decreased 2.4% to $175 million.
Commercial and industrial segment sales for the quarter increased 2.7% year-over-year to $352.9 million, while Snap-on tools sales were up 1.1% to $411.7 million. Repair systems and information sales decreased 1.4% in the quarter to $335 million.
