On July 18, MRO parts distributor Motion Industries named NSK  its 2022 Supplier of the Year in recognition of the company’s “exceptional commitment to Motion through quality products and services.”

NSK earned the highest score in Motion’s multi-faceted Supplier Stratification rating system, which evaluates each supplier’s performance in a number of supply chain, marketing and field support categories, Motion officials said in an Aug. 28 news release.

“The collaboration between our companies to serve the industrial market has been tremendous not only last year, but in the years prior as well, culminating with this year’s Supplier of the Year award,” said Tarek Bugaighis, Senior Vice President of the Industrial Business Unit at NSK Americas.

Motion ranked No. 2 on MDM’s 2023 Top Industrial Distributors List. It also was No. 2 for MRO distributors, No. 1 in Power Transmission/Bearings, No. 3 in Fluid Power, No. 2 in Hose & Accessories, No. 25 in Electrical and on MDM’s unranked Safety List.
