Heritage Pool Supply Group, a McKinney, Texas-based platform company of landscape distributor Heritage Landscape Supply Group Inc. (itself a subsidiary of SRS Distribution), on Friday announced it has acquired Quality Pool Supply Co., a Clio, Michigan-based wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Midwest. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1971 by Jack Englehart, Quality is run today by John Coulier and Cary Englehart, who will continue to run the company and its six locations under the existing brand.
