Global Industrial Company (NYSE:GIC), a distributor of industrial products and MRO supplies, appointed Adina Storch to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Storch reports to Barry Litwin, Global Industrial CEO, and will be responsible for managing the company’s legal, risk management and compliance functions. She also will serve as corporate secretary to the company’s board of directors.

Storch recently served as the general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary of Cedar Realty Trust in Port Washington, New York.
