Danaher Corp. (NYSE: DHR), Washington, DC, reported revenue for the second quarter of $7.2 billion, a 36.5% increase over the same period a year ago. Profit of $1.7 billion was almost double 2Q 2020 profit of $892 million.
For the first six months of 2021, Danaher reported sales of $14.1 billion, up 46% from the year-ago period. Profit of $3.4 billion was up from a year-ago profit of $1.5 billion.
