Dallas-based building materials distributor Builders FirstSource, Inc. (NYSE: BLDR) completed its acquisition of National Lumber, the largest independent building materials supplier in the New England region.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
National Lumber runs 19 facilities and employs more than 700 people across Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, and has a “diverse mix of products and end markets,” Builders FirstSource said.
National Lumber sales are expected to be approximately $440 million in 2021.

National Lumber President Manny Pina, along with other key senior leaders, are expected to continue their tenures managing local operations.
