Indian River Consulting Group’s (IRCG) weekly Pandemic Revenue Index for the work week of Oct. 12 to Oct. 16 indicated a 2.6% increase compared with the same week a year ago, which means that excluding the week of Labor Day where four selling days in 2020 were compared to five in 2019, with three small exceptions, business has generally been up going back to late July.
IRCG’s distributor Pandemic Revenue Index gives distributors a weekly quantified view into how other distributors in the industry are faring as the global COVID-19 pandemic progresses.
“Seven companies reported increases that ranged from 3% to 26%,” said Mike Emerson, IRCG partner. “Of the six companies that saw decreases, the range was from 5% to 19%, so there is still a fair amount of variance among the participants.”
