Linden, New Jersey-based electrical distributor Turtle & Hughes has promoted two executives to lead its Los Angeles office.
Aram Marandyan has been named vice president of sales, and Dan Pinshaw will succeed him as branch manager, the company said.
The company said the two are being recognized for “advancing the company’s market presence as a leading provider of commercial construction products and engineering services.”
“We are proud to have each of these proven leaders guiding our Southern California team,” said Kathleen Shanahan, Turtle & Hughes CEO. “Over the past several years, each has helped to solidify our position in the commercial construction market in Southern California by consistently growing our business and strengthening our vendor and customer relationships.”
Marandyan joined Turtle & Hughes as Southern California switchgear manager in 2016. His experience with Eaton Corporation and OneSource prompted Turtle & Hughes to grow switchgear market share in the region. He was named Los Angeles branch manager in 2018.
Pinshaw started his career at Turtle in 2009 as a management trainee in the company’s New Jersey headquarters.
He has held numerous roles at Turtle, including corporate purchasing and pricing, as a member of an ERP conversion core implementation team, operations manager at the Ontario, California branch and as an outside salesperson serving the Los Angeles construction market.
