MSC Industrial Supply Co. (NYSE: MSM), a distributor of metalworking maintenance, repair and operations products based in Melville, New York, said Wednesday that Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Success Edwin Martin has departed the company.
Kim Shacklett will assume the role of interim VP in Martin’s absence.
Shacklett joined MSC in 2006 as part of its acquisition of J&L Industrial Supply, where she previously spent 15 years.
During her tenure with MSC, Shacklett has led the company’s Customer Care, Metalworking Specialist and Telesales teams.
MSC ranks No. 12 on MDM’s Top Distributors list for industrial and construction distributors, with $3.1 billion in revenue in 2020.
The company also ranks No. 5 on MDM’s list for top MRO industrial distributors.
