Rexel appointed Roger Little as CEO for the USA and leader of the USA-Canada cluster, effective Dec. 18.

Roger Little

Little has been CEO of Rexel Canada since March 2014 and will succeed Brad Paulsen as CEO of Rexel USA. Paulsen will leave the company to pursue another career opportunity.

Little has extensive experience in the electrical materials industry within the industrial automation space.

Rexel Group CEO Guillaume Texier said in Dec. 1 news release that the appointment will allow the company to “accelerate our very successful transformation in the group’s biggest country, which has translated in recent years in market share gains, increased profitability, higher digital conversion and value-creating M&A activity.”

In October, Rexel USA also hired a new Midwest Region President.

Reporting to Little, Jeffrey Moyle will become CEO of Rexel Canada.

Moyle joined Rexel Canada in 2016, where he held successive positions in the cable and utilities businesses as well as in supplier relationship and in digital.

Rexel Holdings USA/Rexel Canada ranked No. 5 on MDM’s 2023 Top Electrical, Data & Security Distributors List, with a 2022 revenue of $8.3 billion.
