Electrical, communications and data networking supplies distributor Graybar announced Feb. 20 that it has named a new District Vice President and a new Vice President of Technology, with both appointments effective as of April 1 of this year.
The St. Louis-based company — No. 3 on MDM’s 2022 Top Electrical, Data & Security Distributors list — said that Andy Ciccone has been named District VP in Richmond, Virginia, where he will lead Graybar’s business in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and portions of South Carolina and Tennessee.

Ciccone currently serves as Graybar’s VP and Chief Information Officer. Since joining the company more than 30 years ago, he has worked in sales, branch management, district management, and corporate leadership roles.
Mark Hirst has been named Graybar’s new VP of Technology. He currently serves as the company’s Director of Architecture and Operations. He has 30 years of business and IT experience, advancing through roles in field network operations and infrastructure operations with Graybar and Fifth Third Bank. In his new assignment, he will be responsible for all of Graybar’s technology infrastructure, IT architecture, software development and information security.
