Evergreen Supply Network‘s Board of Directors named Jen Miller as Executive Director of the Farmers Branch, TX-based industrial/construction distribution cooperative.

This Executive Director position fills the open role left by Bill Ward when he stepped down as CEO in August 2023. The cooperative opened its search for a replacement in September 2023.

Miller has nearly 30 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience in manufacturing. Most recently, she was President of farm and ranch products manufacturer Behlen Country. Behlen Country is a business unit of Behlen Manufacturing based in Columbus, NE.

Miller joined Behlen right out of high school and worked her way up from a machine operator to President of the business unit over 27 years.

The Evergreen Supply Network is a member-owned cooperative founded in 1989 by six construction/industrial supply distributors. It currently consists of 45 distributors with more than 325 locations in the United States and has combined revenues of more than $4.5 billion dollars.

The group is focused on driving growth and profitability of its Members and Preferred Suppliers through an on-going program of training and education, business development and partnering. Evergreen maintains a state-of-the-art 11,000-square-foot training center in Farmer’s Branch, and offers a professional certification program for distributor sales and operations people.

Evergreen Members include distributors of tools, fasteners, concrete accessories and other construction/industrial products.
