Flat-rolled carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum distributor Mill Steel Co. appointed Scott Hauncher as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Hauncher — an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience — joins the Grand Rapids, MI-based company from Huron Capital Partners, where he served as Partner.
Prior to Huron Capital, Hauncher held senior positions at Superior Capital Partners and Long Point Capital where he managed industrial distribution businesses.

Scott’s expertise and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to pursue new opportunities for growth.”
Hauncher will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, supporting long-term growth objectives and driving strategic initiatives in his new role.
