On Aug. 10, Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Ambassador Supply announced Randy Carman as the company’s newest President. Carman succeeds Brad Crawford, who was recently named CEO of Rival Holdings, Ambassador Supply’s parent company.
Carman has served as Chief Operating Officer of Ambassador Supply for the past seven years.
Ambassador Supply is a holding company with a portfolio of building materials and lumber manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
“In my seven years working alongside Randy at Ambassador Supply, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strong operational expertise, and an unparalleled devotion to the company’s mission and vision,” Crawford said in a news release. “Ambassador Supply and its companies are thriving, and Randy is the right person to lead the organization forward into its next phase of growth.”
Carman will oversee the Ambassador Supply portfolio, which consists of 13 companies in the steel, lumber and components industries, as well as the Ambassador Supply team of 16 professionals.
“Visionary leaders like Brad create a strong foundation for their companies, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue building on that foundation,” Carman said. “It’s an honor to work with the Ambassador Supply team every day, helping our companies grow and build for the future.”
