SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. (NYSE: SITE), Roswell, Georgia, on Wednesday announced that it has acquired Stone Center of Richmond LLC and Stone Center of Fredericksburg LLC — known collectively Stone Center of Virginia — effective Dec. 31, 2020. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Stone Center of Virginia serves the Richmond and Fredericksburg, Virginia, markets with two locations that distribute hardscapes, natural stone and landscape supplies to landscape professionals.
