Phoenix, AZ-based pipe, valves, fittings, engineered products and industrial supplies distributor Venturi Supply acquired Cohn & Gregory.

Founded in 1977, Cohn & Gregory is a distributor of pipes, valves, fittings, flanges and other industrial products in the Texas region.
“The acquisition of Cohn & Gregory is a pivotal step forward in Venturi’s path to becoming a scaled, diversified wholesale distributor with a national presence, a comprehensive product offering and a customer service model centered on responsiveness and flexibility,” Trive Capital Managing Director Jared Rayes said in an Oct. 23 news release. Trive backed the transaction.
