Packaging solutions distributor TricorBraun acquired Veritiv Containers, previously called All American Containers.
Terms were not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
Atlanta, GA-based Veritiv Containers is a distributor of both custom and stock rigid packaging
solutions, serving industries such as food and beverage, wine and spirits, personal care, nutraceuticals and industrial sectors. The company operates from multiple facilities across North America.
“This acquisition further enhances our North American footprint, offering customers expanded solutions and supply chain options,” TricorBraun President and CEO Court Carruthers said in a Dec. 9 news release.
The Veritiv Containers’ leadership team will continue to operate with TricorBraun and all members will be offered positions with the company.
TricorBraun’s most recent previous acquisition was of New South Wales, AU-based UniquePak and Victoria, AU-based Alplas, both completed on May 1.
