Nashville, TN-based HVAC equipment, parts and supplies distributor Team Air Distributing (Team Air) acquired Best Choice Supply (BCS).

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Kentucky-based HVAC distributor BCS serves customers in the Lexington and Somerset, KY regions. The acquisition expands Team Air’s parts and supplies business and adds customer metal fabrication to the company’s platform.

“Adding BCS to Team Air deepens out existing presence in Kentucky and Indiana, allowing us to provide better market coverage for those customers through expanded delivery options and more pick-up points,” Team Air President and CEO Jeff Wallace said in a Sept. 5 news release.

In May 2023, Kian Capital Partners invested in Team Air. Six months after the investment, Team Air received territories in Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Southern Illinois from its OEM partner, American Standard.

“Our goal at the outset of our partnership with Kian was to continuously seek to join forces with parts and supplies-focused distributors to scale the business and expand our line card,” Wallace added. “The addition of BCS to Team Air does exactly that.”
