Safety, tool and equipment products provider SureWerx announced Oct. 4 that it has acquired NEOS Overshoe from Rocky Brands, Inc.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NEOS Overshoe designs and manufactures overshoes intended to protect end users from the elements. In the past 15 years, the brand has evolved into a market leader in overshoe products in industrial and professional markets, SureWerx said in its announcement.
