MRO distributor Stellar Industrial Supply, Tacoma, Washington, has struck a deal to buy Robert G. Brewton (R.G. Brewton). The deal to buy Lawrence, Pennsylvania-based industrial distribution and integrated supply firm R.G. Brewton will give Stellar Industrial Supply an immediate presence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Financial terms of the deal, which is scheduled to close August 31, weren’t disclosed.

Wiborg. “We will offer a deeper and broader array of supplies and services for MRO, Safety supply, Metalworking, Abrasives and supply chain solutions, with a deep commitment to delivering the exemplary customer service, care, and experience that both companies are known for.”
As part of the deal, Stellar will add more than 60 new employees bringing its headcount to approximately 185 across the company.
The deal for R.G. Brewton marked the seventh acquisition by Stellar Industrial Supply over the past 15 years. The company will have 12 regional branches including: Tacoma, Washington, Portland and Albany, Oregon, Everett, Seattle and Spokane, Washington, Upland and San Luis Obispo, California, Billings, Montana, Phoenix, Lawrence, and Tampa, Florida.
