The Pearlman Group, a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC, has acquired Advanced Diamond Technologies, Inc., whose trade name is Vector Tools.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Pearlman Group is a multi-channel developer and specialty distributor of supplies, tools and equipment used in the fabrication, maintenance, cleaning and restoration of surfaces for residential, commercial, and industrial end-markets.
Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, Vector is a value-added distributor of stone fabrication and installation tools and supplies operating throughout the Southeast U.S.
Vector founders Elbert Wu and Corey Levy, along with the current management team and employees, will continue to operate the company in partnership with Pearlman.
