Madison Heights, Michigan-based electrical product distributor McNaughton-McKay Electric Company has finalized its acquisition of Caniff Electric Supply, an independent electrical distributor of construction products in southeast Michigan.
McNaughton-McKay announced in August it had reached an agreement in principle to acquire Caniff.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

Slominski said. “With the transaction completed, we look forward to working together to leverage our combined strengths to provide best in class products and services to our customers.”
McNaughton-McKay is an employee-owned distributor for the industrial automation, commercial and construction markets. The company is ranked ninth on MDM’s Top Distributors list in the electrical, data and security category.
