Industrial distributor Motion & Control Enterprises — a Zelienople, Pennsylvania-based portfolio company of the private equity firm Frontenac Co. — has acquired Mabank, Texas-based Lone Star Machine Works.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lone Star is a full-service provider of complex hydraulic repair, precision machining, welding, and fabrication services, with 42 associates and services industrial end-user and OEM customers across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and other locations.
