Vendor and manufacturer rep The Lawless Group said it has acquired Distributors’ Source of Florida located in Longwood, Florida, effective June 1.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal marks the second acquisition in the past six months for TLG’s East Region, the company said. The acquisition will also create warehouse programing and distribution reach in four states across the country for TLG.
“The current DSOF warehouse will relocate to Apopka, FL at the end of June 2022,” the company said in a statement. “This will become TLG East warehouse with over 40,000 sq. ft., and 12 loading docks. The space will have a showroom and dedicated hands-on training area.”
TLG Founder Richard Lawless said he was “pleased with the acquisition and excited about sharing our resources and company cultures to accelerate growth.”
